One hears the word research being mentioned by several groups such as research organizations, college and university professors, doctoral students, graduate assistants working for faculty, graduate and undergraduate students doing their term papers, research departments in industries, newspaper reporters, journalists, doctors, and several other professionals and nonprofessionals. Having discussed the meaning of scientific research, how do you rank the aforementioned groups of people in terms of the extent to which they might be doing “scientific” investigations. Why?

Anyone got problem proposing the assignmnet topic? I was commented by Dr that my topic is too specific. I was afraid to propose a too general topic like what we dicuss in class ... now too specific ... how to go just alright ... ?
My research topic was commented by Prof. Ahmad as the topic should reflect the research problem and not the practical problem. I am still working hard to get it done asap.
As I said before, it is better for Dr Ahmad to commend on our topic rather than fail us without any warning. Keep it up. We can get it right eventually.
